Healthy Valentine’s Day Snacks and A Few Sweet Treats

Bruschetta is a natural choice for a Valentine’s Day snack.

It’s beautifully red with all the tomatoes. And all you’ll need is a heart-shaped cookie cutter to slice the bread.

This version calls for goat cheese, which adds a lovely creamy tang. But feel free to use Brie or regular cream cheese if you prefer.

Ingredients: baguette, olive oil, ripe tomatoes, garlic, goat cheese, balsamic vinegar, basil leaves, Parmesan

Don’t put away that heart-shaped cookie cutter just yet! You can use it for this recipe, too.

Homemade pizza is my love language, so I just had to include this cute recipe.

It’s ideal for pretty much everyone, and super easy to modify with toppings – from the sauce to the cheese!

Ingredients: ground beef, ground pork, onion, Velveeta, cayenne, red pepper flakes, sliced rye bread

Not all Valentine’s Day snacks need to be heart-shaped or have suggestive names.

In fact, some of them are so delicious, they don’t have to be festive. And that’s the case with this incredible Neiman Marcus dip.

It’s thick, cheesy and full of flavorful green onions and salty bacon. Plus, you can whip it up in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients: slivered almonds, cooked bacon, cheddar cheese, green onions, mayonnaise, salt

How cute are these frozen yogurt bites?

From the pretty pink color to the heart-shaped sprinkles on top, they’re just so stinkin’ adorable!

And between the Greek yogurt and frozen raspberries, they’re also pretty darn healthy.

Ingredients: raspberries. Greek yogurt, maple syrup or honey, heart sprinkles

Stuffed mushrooms are always an easy favorite when it comes to appetizers. They’re bite-sized morsels of YUM, and no one can have just one.

And they’re ideal as a starter to a date night dinner or a finger-friendly food for your Galentine’s party.

These feature a succulent crab filling, making them even more decadent and irresistible. They’re earthy, herby, and overflowing with umami goodness.

Ingredients: crab meat, onions, herbs and spices, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, mushrooms

These tasty mouthfuls are light, fresh, and just a bit zingy.
